Roommate Service

If you wish to share the cost of accommodations with other delegates, you can contact someone who wishes to share a room. You can also add yourself to the list.

Policy on Roommate Listing

The National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) provides as a service to its members an on-line listing of conference attendees who desire to share a hotel room with another attendee. The listing will consist of only those persons who have put their name, contact info, and any other pertinent information on the NSCA web site. No other information will be ascertained from the requesting party.

  1. The NSCA does not warrant the accuracy of the information supplied by requesting party having his/her name placed on the roommate listing.
  2. The NSCA provides an on-line listing of persons seeking a roommate and will in no way make any determinations as to the suitability of listed roommates.
  3. It is the sole responsibility of the person requesting a roommate listing to request and verify any information regarding the character and compatibility of individuals on the roommate listing.
  4. The NSCA will be held harmless from all non-compliance, non-compatibility, or any and all illegal actions, by the persons requesting a roommate listing or requesting to be included on the roommate listing.

Please advise the NSCA when you have found a roommate and we will delete your information from the roommate listing.
