This presentation will discuss the specific training modalities and progressions that may be used, and that are age appropriate for high school baseball athletes. Both in-season and pre-season programming will be discussed with an emphasis on proper exercise selection and periodization.
Sunday, October 5
This presentation will examine how the instructions you give a client or athlete can alter lines of force, joint torques, skill acquisition, and skill progression. You will have a better understanding of biomechanics and kinetics affect the ability to of an individual to learn and develop proper exercise form.
