This is a hands-on, application-based session in which the attendees will break into small groups to design a plyometric, speed and agility programs. The idea is to incorporate the information presented during the course of the symposium. Groups will be allowed to think about and discuss the characteristics of the programs they want to design. All of the NSCA presenters will be available to offer assistance and/ or answer questions during this time. |
