I believe that the essence of being a strength coach/personal trainer  is the ability to create, instruct, supervise and evaluate and refine training programs.
I also believe, in placing greater demands on myself than the athletes/fitness clients and coaches I work with do. 
If you agree with the above the following question is natural: Do I have/invest as much time as is needed in program design to create the best programs possible?
