• Assistant College Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year Award
    The Assistant College Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year Award is given to an outstanding college or university Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach in recognition of his or her efforts and dedication to the strength and conditioning profession.
  • Nominations for the Assistant College Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year Award are open online from September 1 to September 15 of every year. The award is presented annually at the January Coaches Conference. The Assistant College Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year Award is sponsored by EAS Sports Nutrition.

    Congratulations to our 2015 Winner, Bo Sandoval, MS, CSCS, USAW-2, RSCC with the University of Michigan! 

    Beyond holding their current CSCS certification, nominees must be current members of the NSCA, and a Division I, II, III, or NAIA Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach. Nominees must also hold the Registered Strength and Conditioning Coach (RSCC) distinction.

    Candidates must be nominated by their supervising Head Strength Coach or Director of Strength and Conditioning.
