      Those first two minutes - so powerful Nick! It is so true- that when we think or say to ourselves "I've heard that before" "I already know that" "I already do that" that we stop learning, growing and really miss anmore» opportunity. If we focus on "how am I doing at that?" and "where's my opportunity with this right now?" together with realizing every time we hear it "again" we're at a next layer and will learn and adapt a new piece of information for optimal use and growth.
