NSCA Announces 2017 Annual Awards

Colorado Springs, CO – Health and fitness professionals from across the world will converge on the NSCA’s National Conference on July 12, 2017 in Las Vegas, NV to discover cutting-edge research and practical applications in strength and conditioning, presented by the industry’s most elite and respected experts. One of the many exciting events that will be held during the conference is the Award Banquet where distinctive honors are given to several professionals for outstanding achievement. This year’s annual award winners are as follows:

State/Provincial Director of the Year – Sean Collins, PhD, CSCS,*D 

Strength and Conditioning Journal Editorial Excellence Award – Ed McNeely, MS, CSCS 

The Journal of Strength and Conditioning Editorial Excellence Award – Brent A. Alvar, PhD, CSCS,*D, RSCC*D, FNSCA and Joseph F. Signorile, PhD
