    Kourtney Thomas is an American Council on Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Personal Trainer (ACSM-CPT), National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist® (CSCS®), Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) Certified Running Coach, and the owner of Kourtney Thomas Fitness. She has been a personal trainer and endurance running coach for five years. After a mostly inactive life, she discovered a passion for running and turned it into her profession. Thomas spent two years training clients and athletes of all ages at a facility in St. Louis, MO before starting her own business. She now coaches clients both online and in-person, empowering them through strength training, smart cardio, and mindset shifts.
