    Vance Ferrigno, CSCS

    Vance Ferrigno is an internationally known strength and conditioning coach and exercise physiologist with a deep understanding of human biomechanics. He has worked with a variety of populations on sports performance and corrective exercise. He co-authored the book “Training for Speed, Agility, and Quickness” that has sold 150,000 copies worldwide and been translated into eight languages. He has served on advisory boards and committees of various sports medicine entities. He is also the Certification Director for the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) in the state of Florida.
