Learning objectives: Gain an understanding of differences in pelvic floor anatomy, breathing and bracing strategies for heavy lifting that will promote pelvic floor health, adapting the program for optimal performance during various phases of the menstrual cycle, rebuilding strength postpartum, special considerations for menopausal athletes.
