This session will identify some of the main differences in training the tactical population compared to any other. The hands-on section will concentrate on structural stability techniques to maximize proficiency in load carriage and that can be easily transferable to any training population.

Adapting Velocity Based Training for High School Athletes and Personal Training Clients (hands-on)

This will be a hands-on session for participants to see how “Tempo Training” blocks can be utilized to set repetition speeds and help take advantage of the physiological benefits of VBT.
