Shoulder Injury Prevention Program (hands-on)

The Shoulder Health 10 (SH10) is an injury prevention program that involves the top 10 supplementary exercises that address the three most significant causes of preventable shoulder problems: Decreased strength, Increased fatigue and Lack of mobility. Learn how to do the SH10, which provides you with a simple, organized and concise sequence of exercises that ensures you exercise all of the movements and muscles necessary for optimizing shoulder health. The SH10 can be done anywhere in less than 15 minutes and easily integrated into your current programming.

Movement Screening: Designing a Differentiated, Needs Analysis Athletic Development Program Through Individualized Assessments (hands-on)

- Learn how to identify weaknesses and asymmetries between right and left leg strength.
- Comprehend how to identify weaknesses and asymmetries between ability to absorb force between the right and left leg.
- Analyze how to identify if an athlete is compensating in the "loading" capabilities due to a lower body movement dysfunction.
- Learn how to identify a pre-existing injury or weakness in core strength.
- Understand how Coach Kurtz groups each athlete according to how they perform on these assessments.
- Identify how these protocols have helped to create buy-in from Coach Kurtz' athletes, students, parents of the student-athletes, coaches and administration.

    All refund requests must be submitted in WRITING and should include the reason for cancellation. NO refunds will be accepted via phone. A 50% refund will be granted on or before the early registration date. NO REFUNDS will be given after the early registration date.

    If they are available, you will receive them via email within 2 weeks after the event.

    Will I receive a Certificate of Attendance?
    Yes. A certificate will be emailed to you approximately 2 weeks after the event.

    How do I report my CEUs?
    The NSCA will automatically apply the CEUs to your NSCA Account. If you need to report CEUs elsewhere, you may use the Certificate of Attendance.

    Can anyone register for this event?
    Yes. Anyone who is interested in an NSCA Event can register.

    Do I need a Membership to register?
