Due to the restrictions around group gatherings, we understand there are questions and concerns about meeting the CEU requirements for recertification. We are working diligently to offer virtual continuing education opportunities to make it easier for you to get CEUs while at home. We hope you can use this time to finish out any last-minute continuing education needs you have. Take a look through the current "at home" CEU opportunities below.
Virtual Clinics
Our state, provincial, and regional volunteers continue to adapt and convert NSCA local events into virtual meetings. Attend virtual clinics and enjoy some screen time with your local peers, and earn some CEUs.

CEU Quizzes
Advance your knowledge and skills with CEU quizzes. Browse our library of CEU quizzes, covering a wide array of topics related to NSCA articles and videos. Quizzes fall under Category B or C and deliver 0.2-0.5 CEUs depending on the quiz.
If you have ever wanted a better understanding of how anatomy applies to mobility and functional training, check out our new Cadavers in Motion video series featuring Dr. Grove Higgins. Watch the videos and take the corresponding CEU quizzes for a hands-on demonstration of how our bodies move and gain a better understanding of how anatomy can help improve movement competence.
Personal Development
Remember, you are allowed to report 0.5 CEUs of Personal Development per year. As with all CEUs, the completed activities must fall within the scope of practice for the NSCA certification held. This activity can be anything from reading books/articles, watching recorded webinars that are not pre-approved, or any self-development work.
Pre-approved Home Studies
You can also complete pre-approved home studies through other organizations. Many compelling topics are available from other trusted strength and conditioning education providers. Keep in mind these opportunities vary in CEU value and cost.
