    Robert dos Remedios, MA, CSCS

    Robert dos Remedios has been involved in strength and conditioning for over 25 years. After completing his competitive football career at the University of California, Berkeley in 1988, he began training athletes on a full-time basis. He served as the Director of Speed, Strength, and Conditioning at the College of the Canyons in Santa Clarita, CA and is the 2006 recipient of the NSCA’s College Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year award. In addition to contributing to Men’s Health magazine on a regular basis, dos Remedios published “Men’s Health Power Training” and “Cardio Strength Training,” both by Rodale Books.
