Arianne Missimer has spent the past 15 years in the fitness and nutrition industry, specializing in performance enhancement and injury prevention through proper assessment and training methods. In 2002, Missimer received her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics with a fitness concentration at the University of Delaware. Her passion for performance training led her to pursue and attain her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at Neumann University. She is currently the clinic director and Golf Performance Director at Kinetic Physical Therapy and owns and operates CORE Fitness, a performance training studio for recreational and competitive athletes of all levels. Additionally, she is a Russian Kettlebell Challenge (RKC) Instructor, StrongFirst (SFG) Level 2, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist® (CSCS®) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Golf Medical Professional Level 3, K-Vest Level 2, Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Specialist, and Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) practitioner. Her personal goal is to restore optimal health to people of all ages and abilities through proper nutrition, performance enhancement, and rehabilitation. She presents nationally on her comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach that seamlessly integrates all aspects of optimal performance and overall health in an effort to bridge the gap between performance and physical therapy.
