Karen Daigle currently serves as a Clinical Operations Staff Officer at the United States Army Forces Command. She previously worked as co-manager and performance dietitian for the United States Army Special Operations Command’s Tactical Human Optimization, Rapid Rehabilitation and Reconditioning (THOR3) program, which is now part of the United States Special Operations Command’s Human Performance Program. Daigle also worked as a sport physiologist and dietitian for the United States Olympic Committee. She is a Certified Specialist in Sport Dietetics (CSSD). Daigle received her Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from Louisiana State University and her Master’s degrees in Movement Science and Food and Nutrition from Florida State University. Her primary focus area is human performance optimization related to metabolism, physiology, and program management.
