Ben Gleason, PhD, ASCA1, CSCS*D, ISAK2, RSCC, USAW2 earned his doctorate in sport physiology and performance from East Tennessee State University. A former collegiate American football player and former military officer, Ben has worked as a strength and conditioning coach at the high school, collegiate, and tactical levels, in addition to work as a sport scientist, sport coach, college professor, and program manager. He is the Holistic Health and Fitness Director of the 555th Engineer Brigade at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA.
