Robert Panariello MS, PT, ATC, CSCS is the Director of Health, Performance, and Innovation for the NFL Carolina Panthers. He is a former corporate CEO and Division 1 Collegiate, Professional Football and Professional Soccer team Head Strength and Conditioning Coach. Rob has studied the science and training of weightlifters and national sport athletes in Bulgaria, the former Soviet Union, and the former East Germany. He has 60+ peer reviewed scientific research and S&C journal, book chapter and book publications. He lectures both nationally and internationally on the related topics of sports physical therapy and the performance enhancement training of athletes.
