Daniel Flahie is currently the Instructor of Exercise Science and Health and volunteer assistant track and field coach at Mount Marty College. In the summers he works as a Performance Coach for Mark Roozen’s sports performance in Yankton, SD. Flahie holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Education degrees in Exercise Science. He is a Certified Speed and Agility Coach (CSAC), Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Level 1, Y- Balance Test (YBT), and Reflexive Performance Reset (RPR) Level 1 certified. Flahie has over five years of experience as a personal trainer and over three years of experience as a strength and conditioning coach for high school and collegiate athletes. Flahie’s work has also appeared in the Nebraska Coach magazine.
