Patrick McHenry is the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Castle View High School in Castle Rock, CO. In 2003, McHenry was the Regional Strength Coach of the Year for American Football Monthly. In 2005, he was the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) High School Strength Coach of the Year and in 2006, he received the Editorial Excellent Award from the Strength and Conditioning Journal (SCJ). He received the Strength of America Award in 2010 from the Presidents Council on Fitness, Sports, and Nutrition (PCFSN). In 2012, McHenry was the Colorado High School Physical Education Teacher of the year.
