Manny Romero has worked in the sports performance and fitness industry for six years and has worked with hundreds of individuals from military, athletic, and corporate backgrounds. He is a Fitness Instructor for the Navy’s Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) Fitness Department at Naval Air Station North Island (NASNI) in Coronado, CA. His duties include creating and implementing comprehensive strength and conditioning programs for active duty sailors to reduce injury risk and promote tactical readiness. He works closely with his colleagues to promote lifelong wellness for enlisted and retired sailors, Department of Defense patrons, and their families. Romero graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. He is working on a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology at Point Loma Nazarene University and is expecting to graduate in summer 2019.
