Lyndie Kelley, RSCC, CSCS, NSCA-CPT, is the Coordinator of Strength & Conditioning at the University of New England in Biddeford, Maine where she is responsible for all aspects of athletic performance enhancement for UNE's 18 varsity sports. She also serves as a Laboratory Instructor for UNE's Department of Exercise & Sports Performance, teaching Fitness Evaluation and Prescription and Concepts of Strength & Conditioning laboratory sessions. Lyndie graduated from UNE in 2011 with a B.S. in Applied Exercise Science and is currently pursuing her M.S. in Applied Nutrition. She first experienced what the NSCA offers its members while attending UNE. She has been a member of the NSCA since 2010 and has volunteered for the State/Provincial Director Program as the Maine State Director since 2016. Lyndie has presented at several NSCA State Clinics and Regional Conferences and she is particularly passionate about advancing women in the field of collegiate strength and conditioning. She currently resides in Saco, Maine with her husband, Chris, her 5 year old son Jayce, and is expecting her second child in early December this year.
