Kara Federowicz is a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) who is currently working at the Tisch Sports Performance Center at Hospital for Special Surgery. Federowicz received her degree in Kinesiology Athletic Training from Pennsylvania State University. She has worked with many athletes, military, and special population performance clients. Federowicz continues to deliver presentations on tactical athlete populations groups to expand awareness of the importance of warfighter human performance optimization programming.
