Andrew is currently in his fourth season with the Oklahoma City Thunder where he serves as the Senior Athletic Performance Coach. Prior to Oklahoma City, Andrew was a member to Team EXOS where he worked as a Performance Therapist and Performance Specialist for three years. He also spent 7 years as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Missouri. He was fortunate enought to recieve his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Missouri and undergraduate degree from Missouri State University.
