Adam Fletcher is in his fifth season as strength and conditioning coach for the Fighting Illini mens basketball team. Fletcher earned a bachelors degree in kinesiology from Miami University in 2010, a Master of Science (Strength and Conditioning) degree from Edith Cowan University in 2011, and an associates degree in science (Massage Therapy) from Parkland College in 2019.
The NSCA is a recognized 501(c)(3) educational nonprofit dedicated to advancing strength and conditioning research and education for all people.
