Chris Jarmon is a private sector Sports Performance Coach at Landow Performance, working with athletes and general population clients of all backgrounds. A former English Literature major and football player at Grinnell College, Chris spent four years with ESPN working in live event production. However, after ultimately realizing that his real passion was in helping athletes develop instead of covering them on TV, Chris obtained his CSCS and then quit ESPN. He volunteered with UConn and the University of Denver before eventually moving on to Landow Performance. Chris utilizes Blood Flow Restriction Training as part of his toolbox for relevant use cases in his coaching practice.
