For almost 20 years, Richard Ulm has been involved in the strength training field. As both a strength coach and a physician, Ulm has worked with athletes of all levels. After studying anatomy, biomechanics, and neurology for the past 15 years, his understanding of movement and function has changed profoundly. This has affected how he trains athletes tremendously and influenced the technique he is trying to produce within his athletes. He is an international instructor of Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS) for the Prague School of Rehabilitation and also teaches seminars and courses on weight training, rehabilitation, and Olympic weightlifting for athlete enhancement all over the country.
