Dr. Ulm is a former national level athlete and collegiate strength coach who, for the last decade, has been working in the medical field as a chiropractic physician. Because of its profound importance for sports performance and rehabilitation, for the last 20+ years, Dr. Ulm has been diligently studying the core - anatomy and biomechanics, how it functions, assessment, optimal training, etc. In 2013, he started Athlete Enhancement, an education platform for coached and medical professionals working with athletes, to help improve the professions ability to train athletes.
