Ryan Eckert holds both a Bachelors degree and a Masters degreein Exercise and Wellness from Arizona State University and is aCertified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) as wellas a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA-CPT). He currentlyworks as the Owner and Head Coach of Peak Endurance Solutions,where he coaches endurance athletes.
