Joseph Dulla is a 28-year veteran of the Los Angeles County Sheriffs Department. He is currently assigned as a Lieutenant to the Training Bureau. Dulla holds both a Bachelors and Masters degree in Sociology, a Postgraduate Certificate in EvidenceBased Coaching, and is a California Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) Master Instructor. He has also taught and served in faculty positions at the undergraduate and graduate levels for courses in workforce development, public policy, public personnel management, organizational behavior, and leadership at California State University Dominguez Hills, California State University San Bernardino, and the University of San Diego.
