Shane Irving is the Managing Director of Optimal Performance Solutions (OPS). He is a 20-year tactical operations veteran who possesses a vast array of domestic and international tactical operations experience. Irving is a former officer in charge of counterterrorism response with the Specialist Response Group (SRG) for the Australian Federal Police. In addition, he was the Human Performance Manager and Tactical Strength and Conditioning Coach for the SRG. He is a PhD candidate and an adjunct advisor/researcher for Bond Universitys Tactical Research Unit.
