Douglas Tvrdy is a physical therapist in Lincoln, NE. He earnedhis Bachelor of Arts degree from Hastings College, where he wasan Academic All-American in football, and his Doctorate degreein Physical Therapy from the University of Nebraska MedicalCenter. In 2003, he earned his Certified Strength and ConditioningSpecialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and ConditioningAssociation (NSCA), and in 2007 he earned his Orthopedic CertifiedSpecialist (OCS) designation. Tvrdy has worked with the CreightonUniversity Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency program. Hehas worked with youth, high school, college, and professionalathletes in his practice. He has also presented at regional sportsmedicine conferences.
