Marisa Viola is the Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning at Rutgers University. She designs and implements the programs for the women’s soccer, field hockey, women’s lacrosse, and women’s golf teams. Viola came to Rutgers University after earning her Master’s degree in Adolescent Development with an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Coaching from Stony Brook University. While at Stony Brook University, Viola was a Graduate Assistant and worked directly with the men’s soccer, softball, women’s volleyball, men’s and women’s tennis, and men’s and women’s swimming and diving programs. Viola also assisted with football and other sports in speed, strength, and conditioning.
