Yu Yang is an Instructor and Council Member of National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Shanghai, and CEO of UP Strength and Conditioning Development Alliance. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Yang was an elite sprinting athlete for the national team of China.
