How do I get my free member access?
If you are a current NSCA Member at any level, you may login using the email associated with your NSCA account. The system will prompt you to create an NSCA TV password immediately. If you are not sure which email address is associated with your membership, please contact us.

Do I need a membership to watch NSCA TV?
No, you do not. You may subscribe to NSCA TV to watch without a membership. Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis, and you may cancel anytime.
You may also purchase individual videos from our selection of premium content.Browse our Premium titles.

Can I get NSCA TV on my phone?
Yes. NSCA TV is available as an app for iOS or Android mobile devices on the Apple App Store and the Google Play store.

How do I change my subscription or update my account details?
To manage an existing subscription, login at nsca.tv and select your profile in the upper right corner of the page. Select Account Settings or Manage Your Subscription to modify the following:
- Info: Change your name, profile picture or password
- Billing: Enter or update a credit card, or enter a promotional code
- Emails: Select the updates you’d like to receive from NSCA TV
- Purchases: Make changes to your subscription or see your premium content purchases
Please note, you cannot make changes to your subscription through the iOS or Android apps. Instead go to nsca.tv and login.
Any change made to your information on NSCA TV does not affect your information in your NSCA member account.

How do I reset my password?
If you’ve forgotten your password, simply click forgot password when trying to login at nsca.tv or the NSCA TV mobile app. Follow the instructions for resetting your password. Please know that your password to log in to NSCA TV may be different than your password to log in to nsca.com.

How do I upgrade my subscription to a membership?
If you are currently paying for subscription access, but have decided to become a member, you will need to follow these steps:
- Cancel your subscription at nsca.tv to avoid further subscription charges.
- Sign up for a membership [nsca.com/membership]. Once you’ve paid your membership fees, you will have immediate access to NSCA TV. Your access will be connected to the email you used to sign up for your membership.

Can I create my own list of videos to watch later?
- My List: When you select a video to watch, you will see “Add To My List” appear in the upper right hand corner of the screen. After you have saved videos, your list will appear on the main browse page for quick access.
- Continue Watching: If you start watching a video at nsca.tv, you can pause and continue watching from the same spot on your iOS or Android mobile device.

How do I find NSCA CEUs?
Content featuring NSCA CEUs will have either a “CEU Quiz” or “Free CEU Quiz” label which you can search for. When a CEU quiz is available, the content description will include a link directly to the quiz or a link to purchase it from the NSCA’s store.

What can I search for on NSCA TV?
NSCA TV content is organized and tagged to make it quick and easy to find what you’re looking for. Simply search for a topic you’re interested in, like “hockey” or “nutrition”, or search for a particular speaker, like “Andrea Hudy”.

Do you have videos with subtitles?
When English language subtitles are available for a video, you will see a CC icon in the bottomright of the video screen. If no CC icon exists, subtitles are not yet available. The NSCA strives to include English language subtitles for all video content. We are working to include non-English subtitles for selected content and selected languages as well.

Can professors use NSCA TV content in the classroom?
NSCA TV is designed to provide approved content to NSCA member professors to use in their teaching efforts.

Why does premium content cost extra?
NSCA TV features premium content available for purchase for members, subscribers or any viewer. Videos may be classified as ‘premium’ if they represent extraordinary content or if they are owned by entities other than the NSCA.
While the NSCA strives to keep our prices reasonable, premium content may be priced in accordance with a variety of factors including availability from other sources (including the NSCA Store) and pricing set by content owners who are not the NSCA.

Can I submit my own content for NSCA TV?
Yes. NSCA TV is intended to be an information hub for the worldwide strength and conditioning industry. If you would like to submit a video for potential inclusion in our library, please email us at nsca.tv@nsca.com and we’ll provide details on the submission process.
