This session will explain how to provide proper progression and regression exercises in a large group setting on a low budget. The talk will consist of both lecture and hands-on and will specifically cover 5-6 exercises and their progression/regression based on a body type, training age and equipment availability.

Toughness, Tone and Tuning the Autonomic Nervous System for Sustainable Performance

Will cover the following and more: 1. Define terms: coherence, HRV, readiness 2. Develop context for the underlying physiology that drives PSNS vs SNS dominance, both acutely and chronically 3. Testing and reliability of tests and measures of  readiness/preparedness 4. How to foster an internal environment that is primed to facilitate positive adaptation
