This presentation will cover the topic of creating and managing a Benchmark Study for your program. This skill and process car be applied to academic programs, collegiate and private sector strength and conditioning programs and personal training facilities etc. Benchmark studies are useful in determining areas of future growth as well as communicating emerging needs for your program or facility.

Olympic Lifting: Teaching Simple Progressions to Beginners to Perfect Technique

A hands on approach to progressing the Olympic lifts {cleans, snatched, jerks) safely and effectively to your beginner athletes/ clients. Teaching adjustments that can be utilized in order to maximize the understanding and execution of each lift.

Bilateral vs. Unilateral Training

Attendees will learn the difference in bilateral and unilateral training exercises and the purposes of application of each. Specific movements will be discussed and how they can be progressed and regressed. Application of exercises will be based on a general population and how these movements can benefit everyday life.
