A Letter from the PResident

I wanted to take a moment and recognize that our recent upgrade has not gone as seamlessly as we would have liked, and also ask for your patience as we finalize the transition.

This new system is used to run many services of the NSCA, which includes our certification program, membership services, finances, and the account portal on our website. Our old system was antiquated and needed to be replaced. So, while we work through the unforeseen issues, know that the new system will allow for a better experience for our constituents. We know that adopting any new technology has its challenges, but please rest assured that our IT staff is diligently working on each of the integration issues and doing their best to get ahead of any potential issues.  

Thank you everyone for reaching out to me and the NSCA staff. Please know that your voice has been heard and this transition is truly for the benefit of our constituents.
