NSCA Shipping Information
Find information about our shipping policies, international shipping and shipping rates.
General Information
- Please allow three (3) business days for processing all orders.
- Please review special notices during the checkout process that may notify you of any warehouse closures that could delay the processing of your order further.
- Orders are currently shipped via FedEx so a physical shipping address and a daytime contact phone number are required.
- Allow 3-5 business days for standard domestic delivery
- Multiple product orders and orders over $500 are subject to additional shipping charges. These additional charges will be determined on an individual order basis and customers will be contacted if these additional charges apply.
2nd Day Air Shipping
- 2nd Day Air shipping requests do not expedite the processing of your order, only the time in transit for delivery.
- Allow two (2) additional business days, not including the date of shipment, for delivery of all 2nd Day Air packages.
International Orders
- International delivery or orders to a PO Box may be subject to additional shipping charges if USPS is the necessary carrier. Customers will be contacted if additional charges apply.
- Shipping carriers have imposed a 15% fuel surcharge to all shipments. Shipping fees have increased accordingly.
- Allow a minimum of 10 business days for standard international delivery. Not responsible for customs delays or import issues.
- Countries outside the U.S. may impose additional fees (customs, brokerage, etc.) on the incoming shipment that must be paid by the recipient. The NSCA is NOT responsible for excise taxes, custom fees, brokerage fees, or duties for items shipped outside the U.S.
