    The NSCA proudly offers three programs - the Registered Strength and Conditioning Coach (RSCC) Program, a registry of experienced and qualified coaches; the NSCA Assistantship and Internship Program, dedicated to providing qualified students and young professionals with hands-on experience; and the Education Recognition Program (ERP), which recognizes regionally accredited academic institutions. providing educational content, career development tools, and interactive resources for strength and conditioning students and professionals.

    The NSCA Registry of Strength and Conditioning Coaches is comprised of individuals who are not only experienced coaches, but who have demonstrated the practical application of foundational knowledge to assess, motivate, educate, and train athletes for the primary goal of improving sport performance.
