The NSCA Performance Center serves as a proving ground for the testing and application of scientific principles optimizing sport performance, and offers group training services for individuals and teams.

We offer comprehensive performance enhancement training to club and university athletics programs, professional organizations, private corporations, tactical athletes, and fitness enthusiasts.
Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists on staff will help you reach all of your fitness and training goals. The Performance Center features Hammer Strength Power Racks (and other equipment), Eleiko Competition, Sport Training and Powerlifting barbells, plates, and dumbbells from 5-100 lbs; 10 Olympic Weightlifting platforms, Woodway treadmills, VersaClimbers, Technogym Skill Mills and (upper body) Ergometer, Assault Bikes, LIfefitness LifeCycle GX bikes, and Concept 2 rowers. On sunny Colorado days (which is over 300 days per year!), we'll make sure we take your workout outside to our 3,600-square-foot turf field to use our TRX/Sorinex Training Locker featuring a variety of equipment such as weights/barbells, medicine balls, kettlebells, sleds, prowlers, battle ropes, and much more! Every athlete undergoes testing and assessments which allow us to track your improvements in strength, speed, agility, flexibility, aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, and power.
To provide our athletes and members the best experience we also offer Functional Movement Screen Assessments, Skydex body fat analysis, and many other performance tests to establish baseline levels, and track progress, . And on top of all that, you'll always have a dedicated strength coach to keep you on track and push you to perform your best.
The Performance Center staff has experience working with athletes training for youth baseball all the way to the Olympic Games. Athletes, sport coaches, strength and conditioning coaches, athletic trainers, and administrators may utilize our services which range from small group-based training, assessments, injury preventions, and programming. And various types of training including; Off-season, in-season, linear and lateral speed training, agility and footwork training and power and plyometrics training.
The Tactical Strength and Conditioning (TSAC) program is designed specifically for operators and facilitators who train military, law enforcement, fire, and first responder groups. The TSAC program is designed to optimize mission and job performance by combining cutting-edge research, proven training methods and field experience to reduce injury risks while increasing strength, power, speed, agility, and aerobic and anaerobic fitness. The TSAC program focuses on injury management and prevention and preparation for physical tests, specialized units, and advanced selection courses.
