Joe Weir is Professor and Chair of the Department of Health, Sport, and Exercise Sciences at the University of Kansas. His primary research interests focus on muscle strength, muscle fatigue, and statistical analysis. In addition to his research publications, he is the co-author the 4th edition of the textbook Statistics in Kinesiology. He is also a Fellow the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and a senior editor of the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Rese
