John Garrish is the Director of Strength and Conditioning at the North Broward Preparatory School in Coconut Creek, FL. In addition to his role at North Broward, he serves as the Director of Athletic Performance for Boca Raton FC and Florida Rugby Unions High Performance Program. A native of Boca Raton, FL, Garrish received his Bachelors degree in Psychology from Wagner College and his Masters degree in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas under the direction of Jakob Vingren.
