I. Selection of New NSCAF Board of Director Members
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the applications submitted for two Board of Director positions solicited from the general NSCA membership and one public member. After considerable discussion, Dr. Brian Schilling (University of Memphis) and Dr. Tammy Evetovich (Wayne State University) were selected to serve as the NSCA representatives based upon their previous service on the scholarship and grant committees, level of external funding, experience reviewing grant applications, and their long-standing reputations with the NSCA. Dr. John Wingender, Professor of Finance, and Chair of the Department of Economics and Finance in the College of Business at Creighton University was selected as the new Public Member.
With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 11:30 am CST
