Donnell Boucher is in his seventh year at The Citadel and was promoted to his current position of Assistant Athletic Director of Strength and Conditioning in May of 2013. He joined the staff as a Graduate Assistant Strength Coach in April 2007 and took over as the head of the department one year later. Boucher holds the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and the Strength and Conditioning Coach Certified (SCCC) credential and is currently enrolled in The Citadels Graduate College of Social Sciences working towards his second Masters degree. In December 2010, he completed his first Masters degree in Health, Exercise, and Sport Science from The Citadel. Also, he graduated from Worcester State College in Massachusetts in 2005.
