Jenna Werking earned a Masters degree in Exercise Physiologyand is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). Werking isa Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) anda Certified Special Population Specialist (CSPS) through theNational Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) with 12years of experience in the health and fitness industry. She hasan extensive background in training athletes of all ages alongwith critical knowledge of injury prevention and rehabilitationin clinical and practical health settings. Currently, Werking is theDirector of Sports Performance at Aurora High School in Aurora,OH, implementing high standards in the weight room as the headstrength and conditioning coach.
