Mary Kate had an extensive career in sports performance which included time spent as an assistant strength and conditioning coach at the University of Iowa and the University of Louisville as well as the Adult Program Coordinator at Reach Your Potential Training. Since then, Mary Kate has completed her doctoral degree in Teaching and Administration from Springfield College and is on the faculty of the Exercise Science and Athletic Training department with most of her time focused on the students in the Strength and Conditioning Graduate Program. In addition to her role as an assistant professor at Springfield College, Mary Kate also serves as the Associate Director of Strength and Conditioning assisting in the oversight of the strength and conditioning training of the colleges 600+ athletes.
