Will Ruth is a former high school rower who returned to the sport with the Western Washington University mens rowing team, coaching there for several years as the Strength Coach and On- Water Assistant Coach. Ruth moved to Vermont in 2019, and is now a guest coach at the Craftsbury Sculling Center. He is the author of the website RowingStronger.com and the book Rowing Stronger: Strength Training to Maximize Rowing Performance, a strength training resource for rowers and rowing coaches of all levels.
