Christopher Irvine is an Assistant Professor in the Health andHuman Performance Department at Rocky Mountain College.He obtained his undergraduate and Masters degrees in ExerciseScience from Bowling Green State University. He went on to earnhis PhD in Exercise Physiology from Texas Womans University.Irvine is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist(CSCS) through the National Strength and ConditioningAssociation (NSCA) and is a Certified Sports Nutritionist throughthe International Society of Sports Nutrition (CISSN). Irvines mainarea of research is focused on examining different pre-exercisefueling strategies in order to improve exercise performance.
