Michael Hallburn is a Certified Strength and ConditioningSpecialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and ConditioningAssociation (NSCA) with over 20 years of experience in track andfield. He competed for almost a decade after graduating fromCalifornia State University Long Beach. After a couple years,Hallburn became a personal trainer at a CRUNCH Fitness, wherehe created a standardized strength and conditioning programto completely change the way the company conducts personaltraining. Following four years at CRUNCH Fitness, Hallburn movedon to focus his coaching on just athletes. Since then, he works atBBT Athletics with athletes aged seven years old to college aged.His expertise in speed and strength allow him to work within a widerange of sports to create better athletes.
